Booking Terms & Conditions.

To secure your appointment your card details must be entered at the final booking stage. You are not charged when you make the appointment online & we can not see your card details but your information is held in the system in the case of a no show, late cancellation or late rescheduling, anything less than 24 hours notice is considered as ‘late’ and the system will charge you a % of the appointment cost.

Due to time and costs to hold the appointment space for you, if you don’t give us enough notice (24 hours) unfortunately we do have to charge, this protects us and our business.

Any changes you need to make to your appointment after making it can be done through your confirmation email, where you will find a ‘reschedule or cancel’ link. The link will let you make changes up until 24 hours before your appointment start time.
